Mike started working with metal in high school designing and building a utility trailer in 1980. Life happened, and the construction industry called. After 20 years building new homes, he started working with metal as a hobby creating Christmas presents and yard art sculptures. The economic downturn forced him out of construction and onto a path of making his hobby a potential business.
It’s all uncharted territory from this point forward. What started as hand cut images one Christmas led to new, more detailed images using a CNC machine the next Christmas. Those images have led to new orders for custom pieces and interest far exceeding expectations. Taking someone’s favorite activity, interest, or passion and creating an image that makes them smile makes it all worthwhile.
